The concept of Clive cosmetics packaging was born to be different. Jonathan did not just want to create another brand of cosmetics with common products. Determined to explore more sensitivity and a little more than he believes in terms of personal care, he addresses one main goal. The balance between body and mind. With Hawaiian inspired design, the combination of tropical leaves, the tonality of the sea, and the tactile experience of the packages provide the sensation of relaxation and peace. This combination makes it possible to bring the experience of that place to the design.
Santaren is the result of the silent, dark, patient maceration of plants and spices. The objective was to make the design eminently original, to endow the bottle with all the elegance, personality and refinement of the liquid it contains, serenely distilled, full of feeling and history. The graphic approach for the label was classical, employing engraving techniques to create an image on heavily textured cotton paper. Ornamental typeface, luxurious detail and biblical symbols were incorporated to narrate the martyrdom of Saint Irene for a refined, elegant design. A delightful project.
Coloriamo statues are of high quality fayans clay and the statue designs are premium compared to other available in the market. A professional painter was hired to paint the statues with the included quality water paints. A window box was designed and the design elements was based on the painted statues. A before-after was critical to be displayed so the consumer could be able to realize that imagination is the only barrier.
A matted black bottle, a logo printed with matte gold foil, an attention-getting ornament of two visibility levels that's covered in shiny gold foil - all these elements became part of the exceptional design solution. The biggest technological challenge was printing the created pattern without a beginning or an end - the ornament stretches around the whole bottle without breaks.
The name of the brand “PRO RE NATA”, a professional term used by doctors and pharmacists in prescriptions, means ‘as needed’ or ‘as the situation arises’. Overall design, such as labels and typography, is executed in a way that reminds of the ‘prescription’ to firmly establish the identity of a bioceutical skin solution brand that embodies the professionality of doctors. The logotype of PRO RE NATA, designed with Humanist Sans, which exists in between Sans Serif and Serif, conveys the modern and prestigious brand image.
As an answer to global pollution we've designed the first ever Nutella Package fully recyclable. Glass, aluminum and paper can be easily recycled, providing a lower impact on the ecosystem. The plastic lid has been replaced by a paper one that can be printed and this makes the old label useless because all information are now printed directly on the lid itself. This innovation has brought three advantages: the reduction of components and processes, the elimination of plastic and total recyclability. Moreover without the label, the silk-screen decoration on the glass remains totally visible.
