Basik

Packaging is a big part of the interaction with a product and with her work Basik, Saana Hellsten criticizes packaging that perpetuates gender stereotypes. She disassembles outdated gender norms and increases awareness of people outside of the traditional gender binary. Basik offers a gender-neutral shaving kit, where the emphasis is on the purpose rather than on the gender of the target customer. In the household cleaning products, which usually rely on gendered packaging to communicate messages about the products, Basik focuses on the function of being stackable and remaining gender-neutral.

Archie Rose Distilling Co.

Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first distillery of craft spirits in the City of Sydney, Australia in over 160 years. Archie Rose honours this rich history while offering Sydney-siders the chance to experience genuine grain-to-glass spirit production onsite with an incredible cocktail bar to boot. Sydney based design agency Squad Ink were engaged to name, brand, package and launch this incredible craft distillery and range of spirits of which includes a Dry Gin, Vodka and White Rye as well as the distillery's Tailored Spirits range.

PROTON OLIVE OIL

Proton is an olive oil from Lesbos, Greece. The multi awarded premium olive oil finally meets an eclectic modern bottle and fell instantly in love! Ancient Greeks used olive oil as a medicine for many illnesses, later in Europe it was used again as a medicine and was sold in the local drug stores within a classic bottle, we took this pharmacy bottle and give it a modern twist. Minimal and elegant with simple lines managed to make a modern bottle that holds within mediterranean's greatest treasure.

Lithuanian Vodka Gold. Diamond Edition

Expressing respect for traditions and rendering them in a modern manner, Lithuanian Vodka is continuing its series of limited edition vodka. This time as an inspiration served unique pieces of Lithuanian folk art – straw gardens. These diamond-shaped spatial compositions, symbolizing the order of the universe, turned into a rhythm of intersecting lines. The play of light and reflections in the overlapping silver and white rhombi recreated an intangible spatial effect. Tradition of times past began to sparkle like a diamond.

Ocean

The asymmetry of this bottle makes it unique. In positioning the neck, the designer creates the appearance of a globe on its angled axis. The base is small and reinforces the angle without taking away from the sphere. The glass sediment, shape and color also bring to mind the fishing floats from the mid-1800’s. The gloss finish demonstrates a note of refinement. The embossed logo mark provides a level guide for sitting the bottle on a surface.

Lithuanian Original

The limited edition of "Lithuanian Vodka" Original is for the celebration of the arrival of spring. The illustration is a fusion of different characters and symbols from the three main spring festivities: Uzgavenes (Shrovetide), St. Casimir and Easter. The vibrant, fresh colour palette represents these special occasions. The eye-catching and bold illustration style, inspired by traditional Lithuanian engraving techniques, is an invitation to explore the whole story. This bottle might be a proper addition to both one’s festive table and the liqueur shelf.
