Hei Hu Hall Incense

Hei Hu Hall is a set of incense packaging designs created for a Taiwanese incense producer. Twelve package designs are grouped into three series: Worship to Gods, Memorial to Ancestors, and Taste of Incense. The artwork is based on five auspicious beasts found in traditional temples in Taiwan, including the Kylin, the Chinese Phoenix, the Spirit Turtle, the Dragon and the White Tiger. Abstract lines and geometric characters form the patterns. Box sizes vary with the incense inside. The design aims to renew a traditional industry and share Taiwanese auspicious culture with younger people.

Heralbony

Heralbony is a packaging series created for an art-life brand that applies artworks by artists with disabilities to fashion and interior design. The selected paper is thick and has a craft-like texture. Only foil stamping is applied, in one position and one size, which removes the color proofing stage and keeps costs low. The range includes product boxes, gift boxes and shopping bags.

Nikasi

Nikasi is a packaging design for a high-end white beer. Instead of relying only on a printed label, the sculpted glass form gives the beer its identity. The bottle measures 63 mm in width, 63 mm in depth and 225 mm in height. Repeated proofing and three-dimensional modeling made mass production possible.

The label uses a silver pressed process with fine lines, and the box uses UV dark lines that can be felt by touch. The transparent bottle shows the clear color of the liquor. The design aims to present Chinese liquor to younger people and to people of different cultures.
