This project was one of my rebranding project in a class. I decided ‘Conair’ as my project name and this company will sell hair care products. I hoped to make a unique design that anybody can recognize without looking at the actual product. I designed woman's long hair as a packaging example in order to show the curled hair.

SUMO-月光浴-(Moonlight Bath)

SUMO -Super Monument- is a Japanese brand for leading people to wonderful life. "GEKKOYOKU" is a bath salt which was given the energy from new moon. For a packaging design, I focused images of Moon, Spiritual thing, a little Japanese traditional style, and quite new design. Especially the circle drawing on tag, it can be reflected light of moon. That light gives people energy of moon.

Stariy Kaheti

The most unique thing about this project is the rich history of the trademark in question, which should have been taken into account while working on redesign concepts. This brandy enjoys a rather numerous group of loyal buyers, whose perception of the product ought to be considered during the development stage. Thus the famous brandy got a new packing design, which is in many ways similar to the old one but with a more attractive and modern feel.

Got One!! Wild Mullet Catch

Mullet fish roe is famous as a true delicacy. The packaging design with its premium appearance focuses mainly on the use of black as a color to visualise the fact that this fish is named for its black backside. In addition, the color concept aims to picture the specific atmosphere occurring during the fishing season, as the coastal fishing villages are then covered with the golden light of mullet fish roe that have been laid out to dry. For this reason, mullet roe is known as the black gold of the sea.

Dalva Vitor Matos

For this special blend Dalva Vitor Matos, which is a tribute to the delicacy of the wines produced by C. da Silva, to the man and his genius and mastery, the Omdesign advertising agency has created a new design bottle whose labels are all silk-screen printed and a wooden bartop signed by the Portuguese Chef Vitor Matos. It is also completed with a small brochure containing a selection of recipes chosen by the Chef, which go perfectly with Port and Douro wines.

This project involved the application of an entire range of complex solutions, starting with a massive marketing assessment of the competition to the application of the best modern printing techniques while making the labels. In essence, we’ve created an entirely new design, which helped to get the product to a higher price segment, while keeping the brand’s recognizability and its integral ethnic component.
